5. Third-Party Provision
Among user information, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without obtaining the prior consent of the user. However, this shall not apply where it is necessary to provide it to a third party (including those located outside Japan) in the following cases.
- Where the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- Where personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reason
- Where personal information is provided to a partner or an information collection module provider in accordance with the provisions of Section 4

7. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a user requests the disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves, disclose it to the user without delay (if such personal information does not exist, we will notify the user to that effect). However, this shall not apply where the Company is not obligated to make a disclosure under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note in advance that a fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
8. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
8-1 When a user requests (1) the correction of the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not true, or (2) the suspension of use of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use or that it was collected by deception or other wrongful means, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, correct the content of the personal information or suspend its use, and notify the user to that effect. If the Company decides not to make the correction or suspend the use, it will notify the user to that effect.
8-2 When a user requests the deletion of the users personal information, and the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with such request, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves, delete the personal information and notify the user to that effect.
8-3 Where the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the provisions of 8-1 and 8-2 shall not apply.

10. Procedure for Changing the Privacy Policy
The Company will amend this Policy as necessary. However, when making an amendment to this Policy that requires user consent under laws and regulations, the amended Policy shall apply only to users who have consented to the amendment by the method prescribed by the Company. When the Company amends this Policy, it will notify users, or make known the timing of enforcement and the content of the amended Policy by displaying it on the Company website or by other appropriate means.
Basic Policy for the Protection of Personal Information
Japan Sushi Association (hereinafter, the Association), recognizing its responsibilities as a company engaged in career change and employment support, related consulting, content production, and software development, and under the basic philosophy of sincerely meeting customer needs and contributing widely to society, ensures that all employees recognize the importance of protecting the personal information entrusted to us by users, and implements and maintains the following initiatives in compliance with the Japanese Industrial Standard Requirements for a Personal Information Protection Management System (JISQ15001).
We establish a Personal Information Protection Manager and appropriately protect the personal information of job seekers (users), business partners, and our employees. We acquire, use, and provide personal information by appropriate means, limited to the scope necessary for the business operations of the Association. When acquiring personal information, we clarify the purpose of use and the contact point for inquiries. As a rule, except for orders based on law, we do not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use. We also take appropriate and necessary measures so as not to use it for purposes other than intended. Against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification, erasure, damage, and leakage of personal information, we take reasonable security measures and carry out prevention and correction. When we entrust operations handling personal information to another company, we implement appropriate contracts, guidance, and management for the contractor so that use, provision, and safety management based on the consent obtained at the time of acquiring the personal information are observed. We not only appropriately respond to complaints and consultations regarding personal information held by the Association, but also, when requested by the individual for disclosure, correction, change of the scope of provision, or deletion, promptly respond within a reasonable scope after appropriate identity verification. We comply with the laws and regulations, guidelines established by the state, and other norms applicable to the personal information we handle, carry out management and necessary correction so that appropriate operation is implemented, and continuously review and improve the personal information protection management system.

9. Voluntary Nature
Providing personal information is voluntary, but if sufficient personal information is not provided, there may be hindrances to the provision of Association services or the handling of inquiries.
10. Acquisition of Personal Information by Methods Not Easily Identifiable by the Individual
On some of the websites operated by the Association, we use cookies for the protection of user privacy, improvement of convenience, distribution of advertisements, and acquisition of statistical data. In addition, among the information acquired using technologies such as cookies and JavaScript, we may acquire attribute information by which an individual cannot be identified, such as age, gender, occupation, and area of residence (limited to information by which an individual cannot be identified even in combination), device information, the behavioral history of users within the service site (accessed URLs, content, order of reference, etc.), and location information based on the consent and application of the user when using a smartphone or the like. However, cookies and behavioral history, etc. do not contain any personal information at all. 11. Recording of Calls
In order to accurately understand and respond to opinions, requests, etc., and to improve services in the future, we may record calls (audio and video) when using telephones, web conferencing systems, etc. Recorded information will be promptly erased as soon as it is no longer necessary to use it.
